Work process of two heads explosion-proof filling machine
1.The operator places the empty barrel on the scale and makes the filling nozzle directly above the barrel mouth.
2.Operator presses the [Start] button (or select proximity switch to start automatic detection bucket in place)
3.When the weight reaches the small material value, the filling speed decreases. When the weight reaches the target quantity, the bottom valve is fully closed. The error is detected and displayed.
4.The operator moves the heavy drum out of the scale, places the cap and pushes it under the capping machine.
5.The capping machine automatically detects the capping after the barrel is in place and automatically pushes the barrel out of the capping station. A filling process is completed.
6.Repeat step 1-5 for continuous filling.
